Marie VERAN Exhibition

Galerie 57 is pleased to invite you to the photographic exhibition of Marie Véran, from Thursday November 30, 2023 to Thursday February 29, 2024 at 57, passage Jouffroy, Paris 9.

Marie is a Canadian and French photographer. She specializes in black and white art photography. Her art is influenced by the post-minimalist movement , with subjects often related to simple elements found in our immediate environment .

Her photos are mainly composed of light gray tones that suggest a soft and festive atmosphere. Nature has always been an important source of inspiration for her, especially minimalist winter landscapes . In 2023, Marie won an award at the PX3 Prix de la Photographie de Paris and the IPA International Photography Awards. She has also been selected for several exhibitions, including the Venice Photo Lab.
